Your email, our promise
The mailing list is the only thing this site collects. Here is exactly what we keep, why, and how to get off the list.

What we collect
When you join the mailing list we save your name, your email address, the role you pick (competitor, sponsor, attendee or aerospace enthusiast), the page you signed up from and the time you signed up.
How we use it
To send you updates about the Penn Aerospace Pitch Competition: registration, deadlines, finalist announcements and event invitations. We use your role to send you the updates that apply to you, such as sponsorship details for sponsors.
Where it's kept
In a Google Sheet in the Aerospace Venture Foundation's Google Workspace. Only the organizers who run the competition can open it.
What we never do
We don't sell, rent or trade your information, and we don't hand the mailing list to sponsors or anyone else.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies and runs no ad or tracking scripts. Its fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives your browser's standard request information.
Getting off the list
Enter your email below and we'll stop sending you updates. You can also reply "unsubscribe" to any email from us. To have your information deleted entirely, reply to any email from us and ask; we'll remove it.
